The much anticipated movie Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Mans' Chest comes out today in theatres, I haven't seen it yet, but the games based on the movie are getting poor reviews.

Added Google Sitemaps (XML)

A little while ago I added google sitemaps in XML format, and it looks like google was been spidering it often :)

Cheat Codes Galore has Top 10 Position in Google

I've been tweaking the site to be more friendly with the googlebot, looks like it has been paying off, CCG has a top 10 position for the search term "cheat codes", seems to vary between 3-7.

Check it out, lemme know if you see it get to #2 or even #1!

Hotlink Protection

I've enabled hotlink protection on all my sites, because people all over the internet have been hot linking the box art and screenshots from GameRatio.Com. Literally hundreds of sites were hotlinking, I know this from the server logs.

First it was people posting in forums, that I didn't mind so much, but when sites start using my images in ads and on ebay that's just too much. It just steals bandwidth and doesn't provide a link back to GR%, so that's over with.

If you are a webmaster and are interesting in using any of the images, please contact me, and we can arrange something, all I really want is links back, and I can allow your site to hotlink.

Starting the Game Ratio, CCG, Games++ Blog

I've decided to start blogging stuff about GameRatio.Com, CheatCodesGalore.Com and Gamespp.Com so I'll be putting interesting info about these sites whenever I get a chance
