Added Google Toolbar Buttons for CCG and GR%

I've created buttons that you can add to your Google toolbar, toolbar.google.com

These buttons allow you to search Cheat Codes Galore and Game Ratio from your toolbar, and even view RSS feeds (currently only the Most Recent Posts feed from CCG is available, but I'll be adding more soon)

As you can see below, just enter the search term and click the CCG or GR% button



And by clicking the down arrow you can view the RSS feed for most recent posts
